Our Goal
Manitou FC is committed to excellence and putting our players first. Our main goal at the Orange Level is to technically and tactically develop players to compete at their highest level of play.  Manitou FC prides itself in developing excellence in the individual and team performance. 

• Compete at the highest level of play, placement in leagues that State Associations have to offer our teams.
• Each player will have a review twice a year so they can gauge their progress and help define their training needs.
• Zoom sessions will be offered for tactical training.
• Trainings and competition will help promote players and prepare them for ODP and ID 2 Camps.
• Trainings and competition will help prepare players to play higher level opportunities beyond club play (collegiate, professionally, etc.).
• Primary focus on individual player development, secondary focus on team play.
• Each player could have the opportunity to guest play on multiple teams to provide varying experiences and opportunities to growth and competition.
