Financial Assistance

The White Bear Soccer Club sets aside a limited amount of money each year to  help player families with Financial Assistance.  Financial Assistance is based on need and may be partial or complete (most often partial).  The Financial Assistance committee will review your information and determine the amount of assistance given, if any.

Financial Assistance applicants should also note that the individual team offers a variety of fundraising opportunities to earn money to offset registration cost. 

How to request Financial Assistance for a player?

  1. The applications should be submitted and approved before you register your player.
  2. Complete and submit the application  form below.  Financial Assistance requests are handled confidentially by WBSC.  Questions on the process or status of an application can be sent to clubadmin@whitebearsoccer.org
  3. You will be contacted about the status of your application when it has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be given a a discount code to use during registration.  This discount code will reduce your total fees by the amount of the Financial Assistance.
  4. The balance of your fees must be paid online as normal.

NOTE:  If you register before you receive your discount code, you will be charged the full price for registration.  Discount codes cannot be applied after registration is complete.
