The club considers the Tournament Reimbursement program one of your teams greatest fundraising opportunities.  In return for an investment of volunteer hours from your parents, the WBSC agrees to reimburse your team for the actual costs of their tournaments, up to a maximum amount.  Currently these maximums are:

• U9-U10 $300
• U11-U19 $500

The tournament reimbursement program is available only to Traveling/Competitive teams. In order to be eligible for a tournament reimbursement, the team provides volunteers that are willing to help with club activities.  Each team will need to complete at least 10 hours of volunteer service at some point during the spring/summer season. 

 These activities include:

• Helping with tournaments and camps
• Coordinating fundraising efforts
• Working at the concession stand during home games
• Serving on task forces and committees

Tournament reimbursement funds will be released after June 30th for those teams whose volunteers have completed their assigned hours. 

Our website Dibbs system is used to coordinate volunteers, and allow them to select the opportunities they are interested in working.  It also allows us to track the hours worked for each volunteer in order to determine which teams are eligible for reimbursement.
