U7 Girls Practice - Coach Led - McTeague
- 6:00pm-6:45pm (CDT)
- Oneka Elementry South
- Currently, there are two designated practice fields at Oneka Elementry School. The "South" field is the field closest to the front of the school. This is a coach led practice.

Practice - Instructor Led
- 6:00pm-6:45pm (CDT)
- Polar Lakes Park - Lower Micro Fields
- Currently there are four lower micro fields. These practices are instructor led (vs. the coach). Because all U7 Girls teams will be present for these, we will determine actual practice field after arrival.

Team News
1. A labeled water-bottle (or maybe even two).
2. Shin-guards & socks.
3. Soccer cleats (there should not be a spike on the toe- like a baseball/softball cleat would have).
4. Comfortable clothes depending on the weather.
5. Size 3 ball with your name on it.
6. Your smile and a good attitude!
