Please perform the following procedures when requesting time to use the facility.

• Review the availability of a location by viewing the calendar below.
• Note the dates and times that you would like to use that are marked as OPEN on the calendar.
• Complete and submit the form on this page.
• Once accepted, the time on the locations calendar will be updated with your coaches name.  Your team website will also be tagged so the session will show up on your team calendar.  Note: All teams submitting for time approval must have an associated team website. To create a site for your team, please contact webmaster@whitebearsoccer.org
• You will also recieve an email confirming the dates and times.  
• If you are not going to use the dome on a date that you are assigned, please fill out the form again and note in the "Dates/Times" section which dates/times you will no longer be using.  The locations calendar along with your team website calendar will then be updated.
