White Bear Soccer

With the soccer season just wrapping up, it is now time to think about the next soccer season. Tryouts for the traveling program will be held on Sunday, July 31^st from 10:30-12 noon at Polar Lakes Park.  The cost will be $30 which covers the cost of the evaluators.  The tryouts will be for placement on the U10 girls Maroon team which will have a total of 12 players.    Rankings will be based on independent evaluators not affiliated with the White Bear club and coaches (60% evaluators/40% coach). 

The maroon team that is set will be together the whole season, playing fall traveling soccer, winter training, and summer traveling soccer.

Girls that tryout and don’t make the maroon team will be placed on a gold traveling team. If your daughter just wants to play on a gold team, you do not need to tryout.

Although I haven’t heard directly from the club regarding registration fees, I expect that they will be close the $300 as they were last year.    Also it is my understanding that the club will be having new jerseys this year that will need to be purchased.
