Join us at the fourth annual White Bear Township Day Celebration: MINNE-TASTE on Saturday, September 10, from NOON to 9 p.m. at Polar Lakes Park.
The Lamont Cranston Band will be headlining this year's Township Day Celebration. This legendary Midwest band has played with everyone from Muddy Waters to Bonnie Raitt to the The Rolling Stones. They're a rockin' party band that can't be beat. Lamont Cranston Band takes the stage at 5:30 p.m.
Music Award winner, Mick Sterling and The Irresistibles open for the Lamont Cranston Band at 2:30 p.m. The Irresistibles is an unabashed celebration of American and British Retro-Soul, featuring some of the top talent in the Twin Cities.
And starting the musical entertainment is the School of Rock Road Crew at 1:30 p.m.
Check out Tamarack Nature Center and their special guests that slide and slither; enjoy a helicopter ride and Jaws of Life demonstrations; arts and crafts; an array of food and refreshments; and a grand finale fireworks display at dark!
The event is free of charge, and so is the parking.

Rec teams playing in the WB Community Services Rec program will be playing their league games at Polar Lakes park as part of the event. All players ages K - 4th grade will be involved. After their games, the players are invited to stay and play, testing their skills at a number of soccer related games and contests. Games will be played on one of the upper fields shown below.
