Re-scheduling MYSA Games

There have been some questions on how to re-schedule games.

  1. If game cannot be played for any reason, Home team must notify Referee Coordinator and Field Coordinators for their club.
  2. Coaches from both teams submit 2-3 possible dates for a rescheduled game.
  3. Field Coordinator notifies Home team coach about availability.
  4. If neither dates are available, both teams submit additional dates to check.
  5. If there is a field available, Home team coach confirms the date and time and field with the visiting team and Referee Coordinator.
  6. Home team completes the online reschedule form.  An automated email is sent to both team's contact via email.
  7. Visiting team accepts or rejects the proposed reschedule date and time.  An email is sent to both team contacts, Referee Coordinator and Field Coordinator.
  8. If accepted, the game is successfully rescheduled.  If rejected, the process starts again from step #1.

This information can also be found here on the MYSA site.
