Stephanie McNeal Scholarship Fund

The White Bear Soccer Club sets aside a limited amount of money each year to grant as scholarships for players. These scholarships are based on need and may be partial or complete scholarships (most often partial). The scholarship committee will review your information and determine the amount of the scholarship (if any).

Starting with the Summer 2012 season, scholarship recipients will be asked to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours in order to be eligible for scholarship funds. The club offers a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the summer and fall. For more information on volunteering, click here or go to the Volunteer page of the website.

Scholarship applicants should also note that the club offers a variety of fundraising opportunities to earn money to offset registration fees. For more information, click here or go to the Fundraising page of the website.

How to request a Player Scholarship?

Scholarship applications should be submitted and approved before you register your player.

Complete and submit the scholarship application form below. Scholarship requests are handled confidentially by our scholarship coordinator. Questions can be sent to scholarships@whitebearsoccer.org.

You will be contacted about the status of your scholarship when it has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be given a a discount code to use during registration. This discount code will reduce your total fees by the amount of the scholarship award.

The balance of your fees must be paid online as normal.

Note: If you register before you receive your discount code, you will be charged the full price for registration. Discount codes cannot be applied after registration is complete.
