Coach education is an ongoing learning process and the WBSC is committed to providing the best coach education to its members.
The WBSC is holding a series of coaches training classes run by Carl Craig, Director of Coaches and Player Development. The primary focus of the sessions is provide coaches with guidelines to effectively and efficiently plan and deliver, quality training sessions.
All competitive level coaches are expected to attend at least two of the training sessions, but are encouraged to attend as many as possible. Recreational level coaches, assistant coaches, and ALDs are also welcome to attend the training sessions. The topic covered apply to all ages.
The sessions will run two hours consisting of:
